 Introduction

 Construction:  The  unit  has  inner  chamber,  outer,  boiler,  Lid,  jacket  &  trolley‐  all  made  of  304  grade 
stainless steel. For controlling sterilization cycle, a three way valve or a multiport valve ‐ made of S.S. is 
provided.  It  is  supplied  complete  with  vacuum  breaker,  water  level  indicator,  steam  trap,  automatic 
pressure  control  switch,  low  water  cut  off  device  &  digital  temperature  controller.  The  whole  unit  is 
mounted on a mild steel tubular stand. Operatable on 3 Phase, 440 Volts A.C. Supply. 
 
Mode of Heating:  Electrically heated by special flange type/immersion type heaters bearing ISI mark, to 
work on 440 volts three phase, 50 Hz. 
 
Working  Pressure:  The  pressure  inside  the  chamber  is  variable  from  5  psi.  to  20  psi.  But  the  normal 
recommended pressure for sterilization process is 1.2 kgf/cm sq.g (15 psi – 17 psi)    
 
Working Temperature: 121°C  
 
Hydrotest Pressure: 2.5 kgf/cm sq.g (35 psi)   
 
  Door: Single door shall be fitted with radical shooting arm.

 Payment: 100% advance through T.T. 
 Delivery  Period:  5  to  6  weeks,  from  the  date  of  confirmation  of  purchase  order  with  advance 
payments. 
 Warranty: 12 Months against manufacturing defect. (No warranty for breakage)
