PROPOSED
The project proposed is ‘To Develop a marketing and growth strategy for the organization’. During
the tenure of internship with HairOriginals, it will guide on creating brand awareness among the
TG with the help of social media marketing as well as digital marketing.
DESCRIPTION
HairOriginals is a manufacturing and supplier of hair extensions, wigs, and eyelashes. It is the first
company which manufactures extensions in India. The study focuses on the modern tools and
techniques of digital marketing and how the traditional marketing has evolved and digitalized
during all these years.
This project focuses on creating presence of the organization over social media like Redditt,
Medium, Pinterest, Quora, Instagram and Facebook. On Quora the main aim is to clarify the myths
about hair extensions and wigs. Dummy profiles have also been created and some of the pre-
existing questions have been answered. Blogs have been written on medium to engage and create
awareness. On Instagram and Facebook professional shoots are being assigned according to the
trends that are following over the social media. The campaigns and shoots will increase the organic
traffic.
Another focus is to develop growth strategies which will engage more audience and to reduce the
bounce rate and increase traffic.
Video editing and designing of posters on Canva and photoshop have been created and posted on
Instagram. The company is also using Google AdWords to increase their consumer base.
OBJECTIVE
To increase digital awareness among the TGs
To educate Indian market about hair extensions and wigs
Building strategies which engage more audience
Improve conversion rate
METHODOLOGY
For creating awareness and educating the target audience about the hair extensions and
wigs platform used are similar. Platform like Redditt, Medium, Pinterest, Quora and
Instagram.
Not only social media platforms but some campaigns are also planned which are created
in for of professional shoot which are aired not only on social platforms but also runs over
the salons that the organization deals with.
Video editing software Premiere Pro has been used to edit the shoot videos and for creating
posters Canva and photoshop has been used.
Campaign run on Women’s Day.

LIMITATION OF STUDY
There are fewer number of employees within the organization which sometimes brings lot of work
pressure.
