PROCESS- UPDATE PROFILE
PROFILE UPDATE

• First Task post getting log in access is to check


the Information in “PROFILE”

• Update information

• Mandatory point to update as 1st Priority-


❑ Personal Details
❑ Emergency Contact
❑ Qualification
❑ Experience
❑ Technical Skill (IN Qualification and skill
section)
❑ Trainings
❑ Bank Account
❑ Photo
❑ Other details as mentioned
PROCESS- ATTENDANCE
ATTENDANCE - PLEASE APPLY OUTDOOR/ WFH

• For Attendance if working from home


apply “Outdoor/WFH” (Select date–
Reason WFH”--- Remarks if any—
Submit).

Note-: Punch in/Punch Out option not


applicable for attendance at present,

• It would go for approval to Manager.


Once approved it will be marked in
yellow

• In 3 days if does not shows approved,


you can connect with BUHR.
PROCESS- LEAVE
ANNUAL LEAVE

• Click in the Annual leave button to apply


for leave.

• To cancel Leave you can go to “My


Transaction” and select the request to
cancel or view.
PROCESS- APPROVAL FOR MANAGER
NOTIFICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS

• Manager can get team members request


notification .

• On clicking the icon can check on the


pending request and details module
wise.

• Manager can approve or Reject request


through Web log in or through mobile
app.
