A: Gender equality is not about clearing the genders’ differences but providing fundamental human rights and beneficiaries

to all
genders.

B: According to Emma Watson, “It is time that we all see gender as a spectrum instead of two sets of opposing ideals.” She
expressed that the time has come where the whole world needs to come together and fight againts gender inequality.

A: To our beloved OIC-Principal, Ma’am Lory H. Noquera, ddepartment heads, fellow teachers and participants, our warm
greetings to each and everyone. I am ________________

B: and I am __________. We are your masters of ceremony for today’s event.

A: Today is not just a wonderful day, but we will also make it a day full of learnings and excitement as we are gathered here to
participate in our Gender Advocacy and Development program.

B: To fomally start this program, may I request everyone to stand for the singing of Nationalistic Song to be followed by a
doxology/

A: You may now take your seat. At this moment, let us lend our ears to our beloved Ma’am Lory H. Noquera, Senior Education
Program Specialist Officer-in-Charge, Office of the Principal to deliver her welcome message as well as the statement of purpose
for today’s program.. A biground of applause please.

B: Thank you so much Ma’am for the warm and wonderful greetings and for giving us the overview of what to look forward for
today’s event

A: Without much further ado, to enlighten us on all the aspects of Gender and Advocacy Development, I will give the floor to Sir
John Kevin B. Pornerl, Secretariat, GAD Focal Point System, to introduce to us the guest speaker this afternoon.

B: Thank you Sir Ruben M. Gamola for sharing to us your knowledge and expertise. That was indeed insightful and relevant
presentation. Your thoughts are going to stay with all of us.

A: <GIVING OF GRATITUDE TO THE GUEST SPEAKER>

B: A this juncture, may I request again Ma’am Lory Noquera, to introduce the MNHS GAD Focal Point System and to share some
administrative concerns. A big round of applause please.

A: Thank you ma’am Lory. Our program is nearing its end. But before that, we will have the giving of certificate for our
participants.

B: To fomally end this program, may I have Ma’am Schelly S. Sutacio, Asst. Coordinator, GAD Focal Point System for her closing
remarks.

A: Thank you Ma’am Schelly and that concludes our program.

B: Let’s remember the words of Gloria Steinem, “A gender-equal society would be one where the word ‘gender’ does not exits;
where everyone can be themselves.”
