    SYSTEM CONFIGURATION :

    Cell Booster is a simple charger, used to boost charge the new & sick cells for revival of the cell. The
    5 Nos of Ni-Cd Cells will be charged upto 1.7V/cell and at a current of 0.2C. The cell shall be charged
    till it reaches 1.7V/cell.

    The Cell Booster is built in a separate portable panel. It has a thyristorised full wave half controlled
    bridge consisting of thyristors and diodes.

    On the AC side of the Cell Booster, an input ON / OFF MPCB and Input On LED has been provided.
    An input voltmeter has been provided to read the I/P voltage.

    On DC side of the cell booster Output ON/OFF switch with fuses is provided. A separate Voltmeter
    and Ammeter are provided at the output side of the Cell Booster to read the output voltage and output
    current. On the DC side Output ON LED is provided.

    Potentiometers PT1 and PT2 are provided to adjust the output voltage and current respectively.
