Answers:
1. I am interested in the ways this job can help me grow personally and
professionally. I am excited to improve my collaboration skills by working
with others and to have the chance to see some glimpses into my future
career path.
2. I have some fresh ideas which might help your company's development and
growth. If I am hired, I will do my best to benefit the company and add
value to it. I would also like to learn and sharpen my skills under the
guidance of professionals working with your team.
3. I have a strong work ethic. I’m committed to meeting deadlines and
completing all tasks at a high standard. I think my strong work ethics helps
me manage multiple projects and keep company satisfied as an internee at
your agency.
4. This question will be answered according to your thinking and
accomplishments.
5. Answered according to your past experience.
6. I bring three things to the table that most candidates can’t offer: My
problem-solving ability that I’ve used to improve campaign performance, in-
depth knowledge of social strategies and previous experience with the
project that I had done.
7. Pressure is very important to me. Good pressure, such as having many
assignments or an upcoming deadline helps me to stay motivated and
productive. Of course, there are times when too much pressure can lead to
stress. However, I'm very skilled at balancing multiple projects and meeting
deadlines; this ability prevents me from feeling overly stressed.
