1. Gram Viewer S/W (Optional product)

The viewer Program is CR (SUPIA CR SYSTEM) and DR (Stellar M17) common and compatible for both
human and animal applications.

Regardless of the connection or possession of the equipment, you can check the patient’s image. The
software can integrate data from images obtained form its models SUPiA gram and Stellar gram. Viewer
software with these useful features is not a default option when purchasing equipment and should
indicate to the manufacturer that it is willing to purchase it.

*Gram Viewer is a 30 day trial and must be purchased if you wish to use it afterwards.

1.1 How to install gram Viewer S/W

To use the Gram Viewer, you must install the Gram Viewer with SUPiA Gram or Stellar Gram properly.

To use a Gram Viewer, need to install “ Viewer_Service software” on the Console PC first.

Setup_Viewer_service_4.msi : Console PC

Setup_Console_Viewer_11.msi : Remote PC for Gram Viewer

1.1.1 Install Viewer Service software on CR/DR console PC

Install the file “Setup_viewer_service_4.msi” on the CR/DR console PC

Click the ‘Next’ button.

Click the ‘Next’button

Select ‘Everyone’, click ‘Next’ button.

Click the ‘Close’ to complete the installation.

Go to window start and choose a ‘Service Setup’ under ‘Viewer Service’

The installer can select the desired console software in 'Run Mode' and then click the 'Install' button.

Then ‘Running status’ is changed form ‘Not installed’ to ‘Service running’, if there is no error.

Log in with ID:admin, PW:0000 on Console SW..

Click Setting Icon to register a new ID that will be used in remote PC.

Click Add to register a new user in the Account tab and then create the ID and password.

*Please remember your password as you log in with this account as Viewer S/W)

Install a ‘Setup_console-viewer_8.msi’ on remote PC.

Click the ‘Next’ button.

Select ‘Everyone’ and click the ‘Next’ button.

Click ‘Close’ to complete the installation.

Go to windows Start button and click ‘Gram viewer’ under the console viewer.

Put the Software license key and hospital name in the registration, click ‘Activation’ button.

(This remote PC must be connected to the internet)

If you can't log in despite all the normal processes, please set it up as next page

Clicking the set up button in the upper left-hand corner will display a screen for setting IP and Port

as shown on the following page.

If the IP is set to Local IP, you need to change it to the designated IP.

To find the specified IP, enter CMD in the search box as shown below to access the command

prompt.

Please connect to command prompt, type ‘ipconfig’, and press Enter.

The user's computer information is shown above, and the IP corresponding to IPv4 address is
entered into the IP in the set-up window.

Port is set to default 219, unless you change it randomly.

- Compensation criteria regarding product repairs and exchanges correspond to the Economic Planning Board’s
“Consumer Injury Compensation Rule.”
