III. How to connect
Connect with bluetooth
1. Power on
The earphones will power on automatically when take out from the
charging case.
2. Bluetooth pairing
After the left and right earphones are removed from the
charging box, the earphones are turned on and automatically
paired to stereo. After the successful connection, the host
(R earphone) will flash the "red and blue light" alternately,
and the auxiliary headphone indicator will slowly flash the
blue light. At this point, turn on the bluetooth on mobile
phone and search device "W1" to connect successfully.
3. Power off
a.Automatically power off after putting the earphones into
the charging box.
b.Automatically power off in 5 minutes after the earphones
are disconnected from Bluetooth.
IV. How to wear
1. The earphones are equipped with (large, medium and small)
three ear cap sizes (as shown in figure below). Select the
right ear cap to wear will provide the best experience and
reduce the noise.

2.The earphones are marked with "L" and "R". Please wear the
earphones marked with "L" on the left ear, and the earphone
marked with "R" on the right ear. Then, turn the earphones
to position it firmly and comfortably (as shown below).

1. Music control: double click the R earphone touch key to switch
to the previous song and double click the L earphone touch key
to switch to the next song; Single click any earphone touch key
to pause/play.
2. Volume control: long press R earphone touch key to turn up
volume, long press L earphone touch key to turn down volume.
3. Answer incoming call: when there is an incoming call, press
any earphone touch key.
4. Rejecting incoming call: touchany touch key on the earphone
and release 2 seconds later during any incoming call.
5. Voice control of Siri: touch the touch key of any headset
for 2 seconds and wake up or turn off Siri function after hearing
the voice notification"Di" (this function only supports IOS
users).
6. Single ear application: take out the R or L earphone in the
charging box. The blue indicator light of the earphone will
flash rapidly for three times and then go into the state of
alternating red and blue light.Turn on the mobile phone
bluetooth device to search the earphone device TWS-W1 and
connect it to operate normally.
7. Connect two mobile phones; According to the pairing
steps,turn off bluetooth device on mobile phone A after being
successfully paired with earphones, the headset enters the mode
of being paired again into the state, turn off the earphones
after successfully pairing with mobile phone B, at this time,
turn on the bluetooth device on mobile phone A, the headset will
automatically connect the two mobile phones again after startup ,
any phone calls from mobile A or B can be answered by the
earphones
8. Use the earphones again: after the left/right earphone is
removed from the charging box, the earphones will automatically
start up, and the left/right earphone will automatically
connect to bluetooth (the last time the device is connected).
9. Restore factory setting: quickly clicking the touch key for
three times in charging state can restore factory setting.
VI. Instructions of earphones indicator:
a. Blue light flashes slowly, no connection.
b. Blue light flashes every 5 seconds, normal connected.
c. Red light flashes, low battery
d. Red and blue lights flashes alternately, in pairing.
VII. Earphone charging
1. Put the left and right earphone into the charging box.
2. Charging state: the earphones indicator "red light" stays
on.
3. Charging is complete: the earphones indicator flashes "blue
light" goes off after a few seconds.
VIII. Charged by charging box
1. Please use the USB cable with output voltage of DC5V/1A to
plug the charging box into the power supply and start charging.
You can use the computer USB port or other USB port charger (it
is necessary to select the charger approved by the official
manufacturer).
2. The red light stays on while charging, the blue light is on
when it is fully charged, and the light goes out after a few
seconds.
3. It takes about 2 hours for the charging case to be fully
charged.
IX. Attention
1. Do not remove or refit the earphones for any reason, or the
earphone may break down and burn down, and the manufacturer will
not guarantee the damage caused.
2. Please do not put the equipment in contact with corrosive
liquid, or it will cause serious damage to the equipment. The
manufacturer will not guarantee the damage caused.
3. Please do not put the equipment in an environment with too
high or too low temperature (below 0 or above 45 degrees).
4. Please avoid using equipment lights near children or moving
eyes.
5. Please do not use the equipment in thunderstorm weather.
Thunderstorm may cause abnormal operation of the equipment and
increase the risk of electric shock.
X. Warning
1. The product is equipped with lithium battery. Please do not
expose the product to intense sunlight, burn or throw it into
the fire to avoid explosion.
2. This product cannot be charged with a voltage higher than
5V, otherwise it will burn out the headset and thus cannot be
used
XI. Common problems
1. The charging box cannot charge: please check whether the
interface is properly connected or try to replace the charging
line.
2. The earphones cannot be charged: please check if there is
power in the charging box, and then wipe the contact point
between the earphones and the charging box to prevent improper
charging contact caused by dust.
3. The earphones cannot be turned on: please check if there is
power in the earphones and put it into the charging box again
to start up.
4. Two "W1" device names appear in the mobile phone search,
delete the two bluetooth names, turn off the earphones and
restart the connection.
5. The voice of answering the call is too low or not clearly:
try to turn up the tone of mobile phone.
6. How far is the interconnection distance between the left and
right earphones: within 3 meters of zero obstacle.

For a better music experience, it is recommended to use an


operating system above ISO8.0&Android4.3.
