The Nortados agreed to pay the principal and interest in 6 monthly installments of Php 14,750 from December 2021 to May 2022. CONTRACT OF SIMPLE LOAN

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT OF SIMPLE LOAN made and executed by: DAKILA FERNANDEZ of legal age,
Filipino Citizen, single and a resident of Rizal, Roxas, Isabela, herein referred to as the FIRST PARTY;
-and-

SPS. JOLLY NORTADO AND HILARIO NORTADO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of San
Antonio, Roxas, Isabela, herein referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

W I T N E S S E T H:

That the FIRST PARTY is the lender of a sum of money amounting to ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 150,000.00) in favor of the SECOND PARTY with corresponding Three (3%)
interest monthly.

That the Second Party shall pay the principal amount and interest in Six (6) Months at Twelve (12)
semi- monthly installment amount of Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php. 14,750.00)
December 22, 2021 to May 27, 2022;

That in case the SECOND PARTY will not be able to pay her outstanding obligation; the SECOND
PARTY shall give any properties/ estate as payment;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 7 th day of December 2021 at Roxas,
Isabela.
