 Introduction of the topic:
( FLOW CHART)
 Short discussion on topic
Presentation Trainer will deliver presentation on FLOWCHART by using Time 15 min
multimedia /show them the CARD BOARD CHARTS.
Explain about guidelines to draw flow charts in detail,
show them the symbols for different function/actions and
how to link them to draw a flow chart, by examples.

Guided,  Trainer will divide them in sub groups and will ask them Time 25 min
supervised, to draw flow charts with the help of symbols provided
participants/ symbols and write down the guide lines to draw the
Activities flow of process. Each group will demonstrate/explain
the function of these symbols by its all participants
 Trainer will divide them in sub groups (6) and will
assign them different problem for solution and to draw
flow chart and each will present it collectively, each
one will participate in presentation.
 Any other activity according to situation.
Feedback/ Trainer will ask a few questions relevant to during delivery Time 5 min
sum-up of topics. Like
1- What is flow chart?
2- Explain the symbols function in flow chart.
3- How will draw flow chart for any problem?(METHOD
ONLY)
Reflection Trainer will ask them how you will deliver this topic in Time 5 min
induction training ,any one can share his idea about it
