SCRIPT FORMOL

 Good Morning everyone and welcome to the last day of this training workshop on COMPETENCY –
BUILDING WORKSHOP FOR SDO & SCHOOL BAC MEMBERS THRU PROJECT MASINOP
organized by the School Division Office of the City of Ilagan. I am Ms. Mavis P. Allauigan, teacher 3 of
San Ignacio Elementary School your emcee for today’s MOL.
 This training workshop Thru Project Masinop helps us to promote responsible spending money for the
school especially in procuring all necessary materials needed for its daily operation. We as members of the
Bidding and Awards Committee must ensure to purchase products and services at the best price considering
various purchasing process models for the school.
 Furthermore, Effective procurement for the school materials is also the tactical goal for most schools, and
good reason. This is a strategic function aimed at improving an organization’s profitability- if manage
proactively. That’s why, We need to plan, organize, and understand the key concepts in the bidding
procedures for the procurement of goods and services.
 This last day of our training workshop will surely give us a lot of learnings from the topic that will
be shared with us by our talented and hardworking facilitators. I am hoping you will find
this last-day training workshop to be fruitful and engaging. So please sit down, relax and enjoy the
rest of the day.
 To formally start our program this morning, I would like to request everyone to rise to give honor to our
country and glorify our Almighty Father as our Philippine National Anthem and Doxology will be played
through an Audio-Visual Presentation.

 At this juncture, may I call on Mr.Ronald M. Damasco teacher 3 of San Ignacio Elementary School for the
recapitulation of what was transpired yesterday.
Thank you so much sir for that very comprehensive recap.
 To keep us alive throughout this morning, let’s have the energizer headed by Mam Imelda A. Uradayan,
teacher 3 of San Ignacio Elementary School.

Thank you so much for the graceful performance.

 At this juncture, let’s check the attendance of every cluster through a yell presentation. Reminder, please open
your cameras when your cluster is called and present your yell.
