Practical Task 4 Fluid

This document provides instructions for Practical Task 4 of the Fluid Mechanics course, which involves determining friction loss in pipes. Students will use an online simulation to conduct experiments measuring head loss by opening and closing valves to allow water flow through pipes of different diameters. They will collect observation data on manometer readings, discharge, and velocity to calculate the analytical friction factor. The objective is to observe voltage and current relationships with resistors and determine friction in pipes.
