2. It is pertinent to note that on 23rd July 2021, this matter
was heard at length. The interim application No. 2663 of 2021 was filed for vacating the interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 15th March 2021. We had directed the learned senior counsel Mr. Sakhare to submit the consolidated list prepared by the applicant prior to 4th August 2021.
3. In the present application, it is the specific contention of
the petitioners that their names with roll numbers appeared in select list dated 28th July 2020, wherein the roll numbers are not found in the select list published on 23rd July 2021 i.e. the date when we were hearing the petition and we have modified the earlier interim order to some extent. There is no clarification about the same as the learned AGP has no instructions. It would be necessary to grant time to the learned AGP to take proper instructions.
4. Stand over to 12th August 2021. It is made clear that the
revised select list may not be acted upon till 12th August 2021.
5. Writ Petition No. 2270 of 2021 with Interim Application
No. 1736 of 2021 be heard along with Writ Petition No. 1054 of 2021, Writ Petition No. 7549 of 2021, Writ Petition (L) No. 11755 of 2021, Writ Petition (L) No. 13088 of 2021 and Writ Petition (L) 1175 of 2021.
