CLUB FAIR 2021 MECHANISM


1. Club Fair 2021 Mechanics will be presented during LDP Business on August 13, 2021.
2. Google form link per Cluster will be made available for learners to sign-up to their club of
interest.
3. Google form directory will be cascaded through the LDP Advisers and/or Class
representatives.
4. All google form links will be open from August 13,2021 at 3:00PM to August 19, 2021 at
12:00NN. A special google form will be made for learners experiencing technical
problems with their AdDU emails.
5. Starting August 23, 2021, club moderators may start emailing learners who signed up for
their respective clubs. It’s either an email of acceptance to the club (for clubs without
screening process) or an email of instructions for the next process (for club with
screenings/auditions).
6. Club moderators must submit their official and final list of club members on or before
September 3, 2021.
7. A separate week will be scheduled for club transfers and late entries. (schedule to be
announced)

CLUB FAIR 2021: LEARNERS’ GUIDE


1. Choose your club of interest. You may only choose one (1) club for the whole School
Year.
2. Open the link for the club’s google form (refer to the google form directory)
3. Fill out all information being asked from you. Make sure to use your AdDU email. A
special google form will be made for learners experiencing technical problems with
their AdDU emails.
4. Wait for the club moderator to e-mail you for the next process—acceptance to the club
or instructions for screening.
