Citi Thankyou.com is the biggest ecommerce platform for the citi credit card holders who can redeem their
loyal points (payback points) against their card usage and can buy any merchandise, gift cards, eGCs, booking
hotels and flights through by redeeming theirs points bank. Major services are product service, pricing service,
Epsilon services and order service. Epsilon is the point bank which will maintain all user data and reward points
details. Using SAML request user authentication and basic details will be retried from Epsilon REST web
services, either it will be accessed from platform application or by background jobs. Vendors will give us the
products either as excel, csv format or json / XML, it will go through an ETL process and will be loaded in mongo
db and solr. Projects integrated in this are citi GR, Hiltonhonors, CMP etc.

potential & early discounts are provided by farmers, there are many projects integrated in to this FFQ
application as Bristol west is one of them which provides the lesser premiums to the customers, IRP rates the
policies bought by the customers online or agents upload for the AWS to Express rate the policies & generates
the premiums as per formulae, based upon the selections & discounts of the customer. For the new users CSG
will assists to submit the online policies thru IVR, the database is to save all the quotes, policies, details of the
customers, EOI, AOI…etc

One Touch Platform (OTP) is a portal developed on J2EE Technologies that helps ITH front desk staff to book
flight tickets, Hotel bookings and raise requests for fulfilling any services. One Touch is the front end for all
B2B/corporate sales of ITH. Currently ITH uses differentbooking systems for Air, Leisure travel, Car, Insurance,
Hotel and Rail booking and services. One Touch will provide a single interface for all the bookings or booking
requests enabling user to cross sell. It will create bookings/requests on respective backend CRS systems. It will
leverage upon the available functionality of ITH in-house back-office systems by interfacing with thesesystems.
