What is Desktop Publishing ?
Desktop Publishing : a system that produces print media using a personal computer equipped
with special software.
Desktop publishing is a term coined after the development of certain types of software.
Before the invention of desktop publishing software the tasks involved in desktop publishing
were done manually, by various people and involved both graphic design and prepress tasks
which sometimes led to confusion about what desktop publishing was and how it was done.
Desktop publishing is the use of computers and software to create visual displays of ideas and
information. Desktop document publishing may be for desktop or commercial printing or
electronic distribution including PDFs, slide shows, email newsletters, and websites.
( What is Desktop Publishing? This is the process of using a computer and certain types of
software to combine text and graphics to produce documents such as newsletters, brochures,
books, etc. )

2. Components and system requirements


Components are members whereas System Requirements are all computer software requires certain
hardware components or other software resources to be present in the computer. These prerequisites are
known as system requirements and are often used as guidelines as opposed to absolute rules.

3. Grammar: Modal Verbs and Relative Clauses


Modal Verbs
● Modal verbs, or sometimes called modals, are auxiliary verbs in English. Modal verb or Modal
Verb is a type of verb that is used to indicate a modality. The modalities are, possibility, ability,
demand, capacity, suggestion, command, and obligation
Relative Clauses
● A relative clause is a type of dependent clause. The sentence has a subject and a verb but cannot
stand alone as a sentence. This sentence is also known as an adjective clause because its function
is similar to the function of an adjective or an adjective in that it gives additional information to a
noun.

4. Application of Multimedia
A Multimedia Application is an application which uses a multiple media sources e.g. text,
graphics, images, sound/audio, animation and/or video. Multimedia Applications is the creation
of exciting and innovative multimedia systems that communicate information customized to the
user in a non-linear interactive format.

PROGRAMMING
Programming is a process for creating programs on a computer. The program created can be in
the form of software, websites, android applications, etc. So, programming is a process or
activity of writing and testing (programming) so that programs can be made, and the results are
as desired.

NETWORK
a telecommunications network that allows computers to communicate with
each other by exchanging data. The purpose of a computer network is that in
order to achieve its goals, every part of the computer network can request and
provide services.

1. Small Networks
With small networks, the network design is usually simple. The number and
types of devices included are significantly reduced compared to larger
networks. The network topology usually involves one router and one or more
switches. Small networks may also have a wireless access point (perhaps
built into the router) and IP phones.

The option to use self-service is currently a priority for some consumers.
This option allows them to ask an issue, and get the answer themselves,
without having to communicate with other people, either by email or phone.

Professionalism is the competence to carry out its duties and functions properly and correctly and
also the commitment of members of a profession to improve the ability of an employee.

Professional itself means someone who is skilled, reliable and very responsible in carrying out
his duties (profession).

also known as Communication and recruitment agency, includes all communications used by an
organization to attract talent to work within it. Hiring advertisements may be the first impression
of a company to many job seekers.

3. CV ( Curriculum Vitae )
A curriculum vitae or curriculum vitae is a document that provides an overview of a person's
experience and other qualifications.

A cover letter, cover letter, motivation letter is a cover letter attached to, or accompanying other
