Jesus told his followers not to fear but to trust in him. He reminded them that God loves them and wants to give them his kingdom. Jesus performed many miracles to show his power and that his followers should not be afraid. Throughout the Bible, many passages reassure believers that God will protect, guide, and be with them, and that with faith in him they have nothing to fear. We are called to have childlike trust in God and rely on the Holy Spirit to give us peace, courage, and love each day.
