• What is the team dynamics means? In simple Team Dynamics are invisible forces that
operate between different people or groups in a team. They can have a strong impact on
how a team behaves or performs and their effects can be complex. In a team each
individual interconnect with each other and they have their own responsibilities
according to their character and abilities. Now let’s discuss about the different type of
team. The type of Team is Self-Managed team, Problem Solving Teams, Cross Function
Teams, Project team. the elements team effective are Trust, Commitment, Healthy
conflict. The first topic is Self-managed A self-organized group of workers which are
made to perform a specific job for a company. Companies use self-management terms to
improve productivity, quality and cost management. Self-management team are found in
many woks group and collaborative terms. second type of teams is problem solving team.
A group of individuals assembled to work on a project that involves resolving one or
more issues that have already arisen or to deals effectively with issues as they arise. It is
also the type of group which are made to work on a project and easily solution found that
involves resolving one or more issues that have already arise this type of group is formed
for limited time. And the last type is cross function team. A cross-functional team is a
group of people with different functional expertise working toward a common goal. A
software company, for example, could create a cross-functional team with workers from
engineering, sales, marketing and customer service, all working as equal stakeholders, to
produce a new application. Companies use cross-functional teams to help them produce
better results more quickly. As such, companies expect these work teams to be high-

the forming stage. The forming stage represents a time where the group is just starting to
come together and is characterized with anxiety and uncertainty. Members are cautious

group. It is important for team members to develop relationships and understand what
part each person plays. The Second stage of group development is known as Storming
Stage. In the storming stage, the reality and weight of completing the task at hand have
now hit everyone. The initial feelings of excitement and the need to be polite have likely
worn off. But it is important to remember that most teams experience conflict. If you are
the leader, remind members that disagreements are normal. The Third stage of group
development is known as Norming stage the norming stage, people start to notice and
appreciate their team members’ strengths. Groups start to settle into a groove. Everyone
is contributing and working as a cohesive unit. The norming stage, people start to notice

development is known as Performing stage. In the performing stage, members are
confident, motivated and familiar enough with the project and their team that they can
operate without supervision. Everyone is on the same page and driving full-speed ahead
towards the final goal. The fifth and last stage of group development is known as
Adjourning stage. Adjourning. (Sadly, not a perfect rhyme.) Once a project ends, the
team disbands. This phase is sometimes known as mourning because members have
grown close and feel a loss now that the experience is over.
