Siemens NX class no. 1.

1. Create a 3D cuboid with the following dimensions: 100 x 100 x 50 mm.


Home -> Sketch -> create sketch on plane XY -> draw a rectangle -> Finish.

Extrude -> select curve -> provide distance -> OK.

2. Create a hole in the previously created cube.


Home -> Sketch -> create sketch on plane XY (the top surface of the cube) -> draw circle in the
middle of the cube with a diameter of 20 mm -> RMB -> Finish Sketch.
Extrude -> Select curve (circle) -> specify direction -> OK.

3. Try function Hole to create a hole in the cube.


4. Create a circle (φ = 20 mm) at one of the cubic corners. Then, extrude that part from the cube
through entire thickness.

5. Part Navigator -> try Hide and Show options.
6. Try functions Edge Blend, Chamfer, Draft on your model.

7. Datum Plane -> At angle (45°)-> OK

8. Create a sketch on the previously created Plane and add this to the model.

9. Use functions Hole and Pattern Feature to create repeated holes as in the figure below.
