(B. Tech, B. Arch, B. Plan & Int. MSc. Programs)

Odisha University of Technology and Research (Formerly College of Engineering &


Technology), Bhubaneswar extends a hearty welcome to the candidates allotted by OJEE-2021
for admission into 1st year B. Tech, B. Plan, B. Arch and Integrated M.Sc. Programs. Some
basic important information are notified herewith for reporting and admission of the freshers.

1. The branch-wise balance admission fee to be paid by the freshers is given below. All the
Fresher candidates are instructed to make online deposit of balance admission fee in
one installment before verification/reporting date positively as per their branch of
admission as detailed below: (No Cash Deposit is allowed.)

Mode of payment: Through online payment (It will be activated on 29-11-2021)


Account Holder name/beneficiary name: Principal, CET, Bhubaneswar

Important: Payment of fees after due date will not be considered. If the admission
fee will not be paid in due time as above, it may be treated as a non-reporting case
and the admission will be cancelled.

Steps to be followed for online payment:


Step 1 : Open our college website: www.cet.edu.in
Step 2: Select (click) on the online fee payment (right side column)
Step 3: Enter your last 10 digit-JEE application number (for example: original JEE
application number is 210340047342; enter only 0340047342) in place of
Registration number, then click “submit” bottom.
Step 4: After submission of your application number (in place of registration number),
your name, branch, semester, registration fee to be paid and application number
will be appeared. If it is correct, then click “continue” to proceed to the next step.
If the information is not correct, then contact your Advisors. (Departmental
Branch Advisor list is attached).
Step 5: Then name, registration number (same as application number) and amount will
be appeared. If this is correct, click “continue”.
Step 6: Then click “confirm” for payment confirmation.
Step 7: Then payment can be made through Debit card or Credit card or internet
banking.
Step 8: Take a print out of the payment towards deposit of admission fees.
Step9: Fill up the given link(https://tinyurl.com/CETUGAdm2122) before the given date of
reporting

The COVID 19 guidelines shall be strictly adhered to during this process. Only the
candidate with these documents is allowed to the hall for verification and reporting.

Hostel Admission: The online link for hostel application for both boys and girls is
https://forms.gle/pZPqutXURDLFUfZe6.Hostel allotment will be made in favor of few selective
interested candidates (for boys) based on the JEE main ranks and the actual available seats. It
is planned to allot the selected Boys in a private rented hostel near the College within 1 Km
distance. Girls will be allotted in the Ladies’ hostel inside the college campus.

5. Class Start: Official College time is 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Date of commencement of
class along with the timetable will be notified in due course of time .
6. If a candidate fails to submit the required document or found that he/she has not
submitted copy of genuine document, his/her admission will be cancelled.
7. As per the order of SDTE Department, Govt. of Odisha Vide Order No 5147 dated 22-
11-2021, internal sliding( Within Institute) may be carried out using data and software
available with OJEE in this year if vacancy arises due to non reporting of candidates
after final admission. Interested candidates may fill the internal sliding Google form link
and also to submit hard copy of the consent form which will be available at the
respective department at the time of reporting.
