States of Being and Transient Emotional States

A State of Being is a pervasive state, enduring state that transcends contexts and
conditioned emotional responses to them.

Transient Emotional States are results of conditioned reponses that are characterized by
synesthesias that trigger states that biochemically they last up to 90 seconds.

A State of Being ....

...is often an End State that is experienced from a Meta position in relationship to
a context or class of contexts.

...is a state one experiences about a context or set of contexts.

...is "Being" Energy, which supports non-attachment.

...is enduring energy which supports optimal performance over time.

...is a state is associated with inclusive thinking and Inductive processing.

For example one can experience happiness about one's life,


but may feel other transient emotional states specifically triggered in a context.

The Drop Through Technique

This process is very useful as a clean-up technique to access "Being" Energy


while installing a strategy that teaches the client to associate to feelings and
then "let go" to release them.

It is also a recovery strategy for how to chain out of unwanted states,


especially one which are extremely recursive "Doing Energy" states like panic
and anxiety.

It should not be used as initial intervention with highly charged states.

1. Elicit word which corresponds to an emotional state/synesthesia.

Access a particular context where the emotion was present. In this case the
emotional meaning can be transformed, but it may only be confined to that
context. One way to think about drop-throughs is you are linking up and
integrating dissociated, emotional chains in the nervous system.

2. Suggest: “Just drop through that (synesthesia)...what’s underneath that?”

3. Continue Step #2 until chain is run all the way through the “void,”“nothing” or
unspeakable stage and comes out the other side to a positive kinesthetic (K).

4. End the chain when you reach the non-mirror image reverse of the first word
(emotion)—there should be an obvious physiological shift (the chain tends to
begin collapsing at this point).

5. Continue to rerun chain until only positive K is accessed.

When you create a goal from end state energy you create congruence and alignment.
If a goal is created out of different energy the the end state energy associated with the goal a conflict will be created.
*If there is not an unresourceful state associated with the present state, attach the end state energy to the context
where it is needed.

Creating Enduring States of Being

1. Elicit Present State and Outcome state making sure to identify the synesthesia driving
the problem state.

2. Elicit "End State Energy" either through Beyond Goals Model or Drop Throughs.
and anchor this State of Being

3. Dissociate from the PS context(s) and witness and access" Being" Energy.

4. Watch scene(s) while holding "Being" Energy.

5. Associate to self and/or others in scene and access "Being" Energy.

6. While associated in scene look up to right then left and see Self in Being
Energy.

7. Repeat and condition, with multiple scenes if necessary.

8. Ask, while in "Being" Energy, What is the next smallest step?"

The Next Smallest Step... Beyond Goals

Potential energy and information in the field of possibilities.

Actual input of energy End State

change work and/or
end state energy

NOW FUTURE

All of the energy from the outcome or from the end state is directed toward the next smallest step.

Upon the actualization of each step, the potential energy and information of the field is available.
This means the field is only limited for a very short time.

With the actualization of each next smallest step the energy increases (stacking anchors),
so as time goes on the energy builds rather than dissipates.

The actualization of goals is as variable as weather forecasting.


The further out in time one goes the more chaos and unpredictability.
