 Domain: Real Estate (Housing Market Analysis)


 Business Context - A condo or condominium is a residence owned by an individual/Group
of Individuals in a high-rise building with many similar units. The sales data of
Condominium in Boston, Massachusetts is accessed to analyze and interpret the real estate
sales condition.

Sale Price Price at which the house was sold for (USD)

Unit The unit number of the house (Taken from the address)

First Price Upper limit of price range put up by the seller (USD)
