Use Cases:
• Customer wants to encourage Subject matter experts to share their knowledge, to maximize the
return on their experience.
• Equip employees with best practices, newest methods & latest technologies, without waiting for
formal courses.

Use Case:
• Learners in healthcare industry cannot attend planned learnings sometimes due to
emergency work often.
• Customer wants to overbook the offerings, so that planned seats are utilized by other
learners.
Solution:
• Waitlists.
• Capacity Rules.
• Supported for all types of offerings: Instructor-Led, Self-Paced, Blended.
• Administrators can also manage the waitlists manually.
