Marketing Communications Manager @ Wizenoze

help ensure our learners are matched with the best possible learning materials.

Full-time, starting ASAP - You will be part of our India team based in New Delhi.

You will be responsible for:

The role includes designing marketing collaterals, presentations and drafting press releases,
help sales team with marketing ideas, and chalking up marketing and stakeholder
communications plans. This role serves the objective of assisting global Marketing
Communications program and project leaders across both the external digital platforms
including the website, social media, customer portals, etc. and the internal communications
platforms including the internet and other various engagement platforms. The key role
deliverables expected, but not limited to as follows -

Driving Strategic Content :


• Well defined content factory calendar driven with passion and operational intensity
• Content tailored to capture attention and drive engagement of C suite personas across
EdTech industry, and with school and college leadership to bring relevancy.
• Under limited supervision from the digital and business leaders, generating written
promotional posts (e.g. social media posts, go-to-market and recruiting, web posts,
internal comms, etc.), based on pre-existing content (e.g. events, bios, news, thought
leadership, etc.) and gaining appropriate reviews and approvals

Content Distribution:
• Design and execute content distribution through campaigns, physical and virtual events
• Posting of content on all marketing platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter,
Facebook, YouTube, Instagram), website, intranet and Discover.
• Follow social media regularly and manage retweets
• Coordination with regional business leaders team on above content dissemination to
align with and leverage the different programs
• Supports coordination with functional teams on above content dissemination
Channel and Customer Engagement:
• Create and deliver digital and physical platforms to support segment with channel partner
engagements and customer engagement.
• Drive customer engagement through content and deliver content as a service to Digital
Marketing and Demand generation teams.
Performance Measurement:
• Continuous monitoring of content performance metrics and customer engagement.-
• Creates reporting and overall status overview on the performance of the digital
campaigns for organisation leaders and other stakeholders
• Keep track of website analytics and inform Wizenoze
Outcome Measurement:
• Continuous monitoring of outcomes (#Funnel, Revenue, Relationships) and publishing
dashboards of programs.
• Maintain tracking sheet to monitor progress of projects and placement of postings
• Continuous focus on process improvement, Impact / ROI, effectiveness / efficiency
Digital event management:
• Planning and executing webinars, hackathons and other online events to drive the brand
story
Website Management:
• Post as requested by Wizenoze people
• Content: add and delete content as requested e.g. case studies, jobs, news stories
• Support with carrying out API focus plan
• Keep track of website analytics and inform Wizenoze
General support:
• Campaign’s material gathering and support
• Send out trial period emails and manage drip.
• Support with finalizing big projects like White Paper, API focus and Developers Portal
• Gathering localized materials for different countries - extra focus on India.
• Support with executing message plan (monthly newsletter)
• Manage Drip for newsletter and other things
• Supports any other day-to-day activities and monitoring around digital program,
including the information mailbox, media tracking tools, social feeds, and addressing
needs as appropriate

Skills

Having experience in one or more of these industries is highly desirable – B2B Information
technology, professional, education, or related field;

• Understanding of informational needs in education;


• Affinity for digital properties including websites and social media, and preferably
experience writing explicitly for these platforms
• Digital campaign execution experience with focus on multi-channel analytics
• Technology savvy to quickly get up to speed in various marketing tools and platforms (e.g.
social media scheduling platforms, SharePoint, web content management systems, etc.)
• A strong organizational, attention to detail, and process-oriented skillset is a must, in order
to manage the volume and detail needed to promote world-class content in a fast-paced
environment
• Be a real team player, work closely in an agile, fast paced environment and demonstrate
impact
• Good communication skills
• Interest in educational content and motivated to work on a product for students as you will
spend a good amount of your time on educational websites
• Able to work remotely
• Fluent in English.
Personal traits

• 2 years’ experience in campaign coordination


• Excellent written, oral and presentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a global level.
• High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills
• Technical skills: advanced knowledge of MS Office, DRIP and Content Creation tool
• Strong knowledge of technology and various platforms including social media platforms,
web content management platforms, etc.
• B2B marketing, with experience in professional services or similar industries.

• Marketing measurement and analytics knowledge


• Self-motivated and proactive; you need to be able to organize and structure your working
time and tasks partially yourself.
• Passionate about bringing quality products to market and ensuring their success.
