Introduction
CGPA is referred to as a cumulative grade point average. It was introduced in the CCE or Continuous and Comprehensive
Evaluation System for Class X. CGPA gives the average grade point of the student performance in all the subjects excluding
the additional Subject. The subject wise performance of the students is recorded in forms of Grades.

GPA Calculator is combination of GPA Calculator, SGPA Calculator and CGPA Calculator.Calculating GPA, SGPA
or CGPA was never this easy. Using GPA Calculator, you can even calculate GPA of course-work or project or thesis of
your degree of university recognized by Higher Education Commission, Pakistan.

If a student wants to know how much percentage they have obtained in the board exam then they have to convert their CGPA into
Percentage. Here, we have explained the complete method on how to calculate the CGPA and percentage from the CGPA Grades.
Knowing the percentage will also help.

Although the CGPA is mentioned on the here, many students do not know how to calculate CGPA. Here, we have explained how to

Why is it used?
The CGPA is used to denote the overall performance of the student in the academic session as grades. The CGPA
system was introduced to ease the burden of marks and the stress of the examinations among students. Due to
this reason, the CGPA system is also used in some of the bachelor's and Master's Degree

CGPA=(Total Grade Point Earned in a Program)/(Total  Credit Hours for GPA)
o To calculate GPA, use formula (Average = Total sum of all values / Total number of all values).
o To find out your CGPA, use formula [CGPA = Total Sum of (GPA * Credits) / Total Number of credits]
