Today, the world is considered as world of IT i.e software, but as
all software without a hardware is soul without a body. As the tendency
behind the project is to get marks and see to that very less time is spend,
but frame doesn’t come within a day, as it is project work, this project is
taken by us considering the following points:

which was not possible without guidance.


This above point and the idea given by our guide, teachers and
friends gave the confidence for designing this project.
Might such project exist in the market in industry, but the one
which we have developed is purely our idea and help of the teacher.
We cannot express the feeling of our successful implementation
and gratitude to our teachers those who gave idea i.e dream and made
the dream come true which is in front of everybody that’s

Computer graphics remain one of the most exciting and rapidly growing
computer fields. Computer graphics has now become a common element
in user interfaces, data visualization, television commercials, motion
pictures, and many other applications.

The development of this project gave us a life time opportunity to


implement such a interactive and designative venture. From which we
got a lot of practical knowledge about programming, which was not
possible by theory.

Dedicated to our Parents and Staff members who


inspired us to reach this mark.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Ideas, they say often remain ideas. Very few of them, if find
support are turned into actual working models. And rests of them are just
forgotten and remain what they started off as ideas.

This idea as well would have remained, but for one person,

The real debt of gratitude that we owe to her, without whom this
project would not have seen light of day.

We, the members of the team, who developed


“Project Management Tool” are very delighted to take the
opportunity to acknowledge whole-heartedly the innumerable guidance
and support extended to us by our guide.

In spite of being a senior teacher, Prof. Sneha Lachani, and having


an immensely busy work schedule, we never found any of our requests
of help and guidance being turned down. Nor did she show even the
slightest bit of impatience about us pestering her so much and so often.

Altruistically, she looked after all our software, hardware and


system requirements and if that was not enough, she is also responsible
for rendering most of the illustrations of this project. We shall indeed
remain ever grateful to this great persona.
We convey our sincere thanks to Prof. Sneha Lachani who has
been a real help to us through her activities as liaison and the special
interest she has taken in this project, her sophisticated teaching and
making sure that the project has been completed before deadlines were
met.

We express our gratitude to the LAB assistants of the Computer


Department for staying back late and keeping the labs operational for
us while we kept pounding the keyboards. We thank all those people
who helped us in any way what so ever at some point of time.

Last but definitely not the least we express thanks to our Principal
Mr. A.B.Patil for their harmonious support for ensuring the smooth
passage of this ambitious project.
APPLICATION
APPLICATIONS OF PROJECT
1. For school and colleges.
Explanation:
Consider a scenario where the principal of college has to
manage number of project like:
A. Annual day.
B. New Building Management
C. Funfair
D. College D.J.
For which different teams of students and teachers have been
formulated. Now instead of manually going to office and
manually giving report of each and every TASK details,
Expenditures, Problems, Progress etc different teams would
just enter the task in our PMT (Project Management Tool) and
send the project to the Principal, where the principal just needs
to open and can have complete analysis and comparisons of
multiple projects together where lot of time, energy, cost is
saved.
