    STUDENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST

    DETAILS TO BE NOTED

    OFFICE LOCATION
    Bannerghatta main road, Dairy circle, IBC Knowledge Park, Bangalore 560029

    COMPENSATION

    1. CTC: Rs. 4.75 Lakhs (Rs.4 Lakhs {Fixed pay} and Rs. 0.75 Lakhs
    {Performance/Variable pay})
    2. Variable pay will be performance based(will be credited after completion of a year)

    SHIFT TIMINGS AND WEEK OFFS

    1. Working hours: 10 AM to 8 PM
    2. Working Days: 5 Days a week. (Offs will be on the weekdays)
    3. Working Days during the training period: 6 Days a week

    NOTES

    1) It is going to be work from home until further notice. Once the office reopens, you will
    have to relocate to Bangalore. Kindly ensure the following for smooth functioning.

    A. WiFi/ Stable internet connection


    B. Laptop/Desktop

    2) The Offer Letter will be released only 4 - 5 days prior to the Date Of Joining.

    3) Travel will not be reimbursed.


    4) No cab facilities
    5) Laptops/Desktops will not be provided by the company for work from home.

    IMPORTANT DOCUMENTATION

    1. NOC/Course Completion Certificate (in case you don't have all semester mark
    sheet) - Applicable for both UG and PG
    2. If you have previous work experience , kindly ensure the Relieving letter or an
    email of acceptance of your resignation is available.
    3. The HR Department will get in touch with you after the offer is released for
    documentation.
    4. Make sure you have a scanned copy of all the documents mentioned in the
    “ONBOARDING CHECKLIST” document.
    5. Training and Onboarding will happen online for now as the office remains closed.

    Note:

    1. Candidates with all semester mark sheets or PDC with no backlogs: Regular
    Employment Type.

    2. Candidates with Few semester mark sheets + NOC/Course Completion


    Certificate: Trainee Employment Type.
