    DISMANTLING OF GT GE Frame 5

    1 Isolation of system
    2 Gate pass & Safety induction
    3 Issuance of PTW
    4 Dismantle CO2 system
    5 Dismantle Fuel Oil system
    6 Support in oil and diesel draining
    and transfering to Gully sucker
    7 Dismantle the filter house

    8 Dismantle the air inlet duct and


    elbow
    9 Dismantle the stack

    10
    Dismantle local control compartment
    11 Dismantle cooling tower & piping
    12 Dismantle accessory compartment as
    one unit

    Remove necessary piping


    13 instrumentation and electrical to the
    turbine compartment
    14 Dismantle gas turbine as one unit
    15 Decouple load gear with Turbine
    16 Disconnect all electrical connection to
    generator
    17 Disconnect Cooling system to
    generator
    18 Remove Generator as one unit
    19 Remove all connections to MCC
    20 Remove MCC Compartment
    21 Remove all pipework, I beam etc.
