1. Machine room

1.1. Motor cable


a. Preparation
a) Prepare crimping pliers, ring terminal, cable ties, plastic tubes (red, white yellow
and green each 8)
b) Refer to electric diagram for cable route and SPEC.

b. Cable size measuring and piping


a) Measure the real distance of motor cable and cut them for piping
b) Piping them independently according to electric diagram

c. Crimping of cables
a) Strip the coating of cable about
L+1~2mm without core damage Plastic tube
b) Wear the plastic tube at R, S, T and
Earth cable
c) Wear the ring terminal and crimp
them. At this time, the copper wire
must be seen 1~2mm at left and
right
d) Slide the plastic tube to ring terminal
so that metal part is covered.

2.3. Tail Cord (Traveling Cable) installation


a. Tail cord installation at middle of hoistway

a) Check the traveling cable position and route on the


installation drawing.
b) There are two kinds of installation according to
floor height. One is one-body type and another is
separation type as below picture.
c) In case of separation type, arrange the cable as
below at the middle of hoistway.

The Size ‘D’ should be enough not to be torn


even if a car might be crashed to ceiling of
hoistway

2.4. DOH - 160 installation


a. DHI PCB (DHI-1XX)
This is a segment type IND. It displays current E/L position, direction and etc as
receiving serial data form DOH-160. And it transmits the button input to DOC PCB
through DOH-160 PCB. It also controls button lamp.
If the C_TRX0/C_TRX1 are changed each other, the communication will fail
because the communication line have (+) positive and (-) negative bias.

a) Door Cut Switch : The power supply to Door PCB is stopped by this switch.
b) Door Open Switch: The car door can be opened under slow speed operation at car
top.

5. Car Operation Panel


5.1. Top side wiring of COP
a. The COP cover should be assembled to protect water and dirt.
b. 3 cables will be assembled with cover. Apply them to proper hole with rubber (Φ 8,
12, 16) and insert it to groove of case.
c. Apply M4*15 Screw to assemble for completion
