BACKGROUND
Creating innovative works is a must in today's modern era. These
demands can be pursued by students and students as a milestone
for the future of a nation. With this in mind, the Indonesian Young
Scientist Association (IYSA) organized a competition on science and
entrepreneurship called the Asean Innovative Science Environ-
mental and Entrepreneur Fair (AISEEF). AISEEF is a competition for
creativity in the field of scientific innovation and entrepreneurship
among students (SD/SMP/SMA/Equivalent) and students at the
Southeast Asian level. This activity is expected to foster creativity
and innovation in the fields of science and entrepreneurship.

2 years of AISEEF's journey, this activity has worked with the Food
Technology Department of the Bogor Agricultural University (IPB),
the Nutrition Department of Diponegoro University (UNDIP), Dian
Nuswantoro University (UDINUS), Indonesia International Institute
for Life Sciences (i3L), and the Indonesian Education Achievement
Foundation.

In the first year (2020) AISEEF was held offline and was attended by
158 teams from 5 countries, namely: Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia,
Philippines, and Vietnam. Furthermore, for the 2nd year of AISEEF
which was originally intended for students and students in the ASIA
environment, it changed its designation to students and students
at the International level. Due to the pandemic, AISEEF is being
held online. but this did not dampen the enthusiasm of the partici-
pants as evidenced by the increasing number of AISEEF partici-
pants to 350 teams from 20 countries, namely: Singapore, Mexico,
Sudan, Egypt, Iraq, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, Azerbaijan,
South Korea, Yemen, Turkey, Macau , Thailand, Iran, Nepal, Vietnam,
Brazil, United States of America and Indonesia.

For this year, AISEEF in collaboration with the civil and engineering
faculty of Diponegoro University presents a series of AISEEF activi-
ties that have different colors with the aim of creating dynamic
competition in the scope of scientific innovation and entrepreneur-
ship.
This activity aims to:
1. Creating dynamic competition in the scope of scientific
innovation and entrepreneurship.

2. Growing the spirit of science preneur among students and


students in Indonesia.

3. Creating a forum for innovation and creativity in the world of


science and entrepreneurship.

COMPETITION MECHANISM
1. Online Competition
- All participating teams will judge using Zoom.

- Presentation Using English, Presentation materials


(Power Point) are made using good and correct English.

- Each team will get 15 minutes which is divided into: 8 minutes


of presentation and 7 minutes of Q&A session with the judges.

- When making presentations, participants are expected


to bring their products.

2. Offline competition

- Each participant is required to bring a certificate of


negative Covid-19 from the hospital or vaccine card.

- Each team must bring A0 size poster, decorate the booth/


table provided by the committee.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Participants are students from elementary, secondary and


university.

2. Each team consists of a maximum of 5 people.

3. Each team must have 1 supervisor.

4. The title contested is an original work and has never


been contested before.

- Each team has 7 minutes to Present their work and 8 minutes to


feedback by the judges. Each team has 15 minutes in front of the
jury.

- Each team must bring the product during the presentation.
