    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF TRICYCLE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    THAT I, CRISTINA CADAY EVANGELISTA, of legal age, Filipino, with postal address at P.
    Paterno St. Brgy. 1.f, Paete, Laguna for and in consideration of the amount of THIRTY FIVE
    THOUSAND PESOS (P 35,000.00 ) Philippine currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
    and received from ABUNDIO BALDEMOR LARAYA, of legal age, Filipino and with postal address at
    M. Cadawas St. Brgy. Ibaba del Norte, Paete, Laguna do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto
    said , his heirs, administrators and assigns, the following tricycle which is more particularly described as
    follows:

    Make/Type : Kawasaki MTC Engine No. : BC175AEL11199


    Chassis No. : BC175F-B46959 Plate No. : 047602

    of which tricycle I am the true and lawful owner as evidenced by CERTIFICATE of REGISTRATION
    and OFFICIAL RECEIPT, copies of which are herewith attached as “Annexes A and B”;

    That it is hereby covenanted that the above-described tricycle is free from all liens and/or
    encumbrances and shall defend its ownership from any and all claims whatsoever.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 20 th day of November, 2019 in
    Paete, Laguna, Philippines.
