General Instructions for All Students:


1. Do not write anything on this coupon except your singature, it may lead to Unfair Mean Case (UMC) against
you.
2. Students will not be permitted to enter in the examination room or to take paper without this entry coupon. Also bring your student ID
Card.
3. Use of any unfair mean during examination or violation of any examination rule may result in a stern disciplinary action.
4. No candidate shall be permitted to enter the examination room after the expiration of first 30 minutes.
5. Student must write his/her registration no and name on the answer scripts and extra sheets.
6. After completing the examination, the student shall handover his/her answer script to the Invigilator.
7. Mobile phones/Smart watches or any kind of Electronic Gadgets are not allowed in the examination room.
Please do not bring mobile phones or any electronic device in the examination room. Non compliance may
lead to an unfair means (UMC) case against you.
8. Write your complete name, registration number, batch, class name on your answer book and every extra sheet used.
9. Courses registered during the FA21 semester are appearing on this exam coupon. “Short Attendance” or “Account defaulter” status
has also been printed on the exams coupon for the information of students. As per CIIT statues under clause 15(E I and II) students are
not allowed to appear in the examination of course(s) if they are on the fee defaulting status. They are also not allowed to appear in
exams of any withdrawn, short attendance or unregistered course(s).
For expected pass out students: Kindly ensure that above mentioned credentials like student's name, father's name, DOB,
CNIC and Gender appearing on this coupon are correct. In case of any discrepancy, please submit a request at the Student Services
Center (SSC) WITHIN THREE DAYS. Also upload clearance request on SFS.
