Introduction:

An Automotive hub is a place to show the beauty of the automobile


revolution around the centuries. A central hub to nurture and inculcate
talents who are interested in this field. A place/Hub where automobile
enthusiastic can become an integral part of this place. A Place which
creates an environment to promote and showcase the heritage of the
brand.

Why Automotive Hub?

A tourist as well as business attraction spot that will help in enhancing


job opportunities by inviting investors and tourist, being located in a
metropolitan city. There are no such facilities dedicated to Automobiles
in our country, so this hub can become another milestone for our
country. This will be a tool for marketing and business development.
An article from "The Economic Times" Says that India Can Become an
Automobile Manufacturing and Supplying Hub because of the
Production Linked Incentive "PLI" Scheme. At present, the share of
advanced automotive technologies in the local automobile industry
stands at around 3%, compared to 18% prevalent globally. The
percentage of advanced auto technologies is projected to increase up to
30% by 2030.

This article about the Car Manufacture in India shows the future
development of the automobile sector in India.

Aim:

• The aim is to show the beauty of the automobile revolution around


the centuries.
• To nurture and inculcate talents who are interested in this field.
• A place/Hub where automobile enthusiastic can become an
integral part of this place.
• To create an environment to promote and showcase the heritage
of the brand.

Objective:

• To contribute to the advancement of automobile facilities and


technological development.
• To enhance the development of automobile sector by promoting
and exhibiting.
• To design an automobile museum that exhibit different types of
automobiles in chronological order.
• The design promotes the Specific Car Brands and also inculcates
knowledge to the public about those brands.
Which Car Brand?

Currently there are almost 23 popular foreign car brands in India.

The brands which are going to be listed in the Automotive Hub are all
the German Made Car Brands in India

(Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, Porsche).

Scope:

• There are various Museums, Showrooms, Service areas, Detailing


Garages, Restoration Garages, Exhibitions, Marketing & Sales
dept at different parts of the country. Hence this project will have
all these features under one roof.
• Other features that will be included in the design project will be
Restaurants, Gaming areas (Moto sports & Video games),
Shopping areas etc.

• To study about the advance methods and technologies to make


this design as a self-sustainable design.
• It is essential to achieve a high level of efficiency: reducing the
consumption of energy, water and other resources minimizes
pollution.
• To achieve net zero energy building.
• To optimize the building energy efficiency typically considering the
lighting, the walls and roof, glazing, heating, ventilation, air
conditioning, renewables, and the building usage and behaviors of
the occupants.

Site Specifications:

• The Site has to be 20-25 Acres in a tourist attractive spot.


• It has to be in a Developed city where there are a lot of Investors
and Car Enthusiasts.
• To Ensure that the site should not be inside a metropolitan city but
somewhere connected to a metropolitan city for Easy Access.
