Note: We recommend using Android version 8.0+ to ensure your devices are running their
best.
Attention: Some devices use a third-party file explorer/launcher app which may change the
below install process.
If you are installing the app for the first time, please follow the below work instructions before
using the app.
Attention: Unfortunately, not all mobile carriers, and some devices, support the ability to
install third-party apps using the below instructions.
Please also be sure to refer to the ‘Mobile Recommendations’ section in our Minimum &
Recommended Technical Requirements article within your platform’s Help tool, to ensure your
device is compatible.

1. Open the native browser on your device (in this example, we'll be using the Chrome
browser)

2. In the address bar, enter the URL of your platform, then tap the enter button
3. At the top of the screen, you will see the name of your app. Tap on 'Download'

6. Tap on “Install”
Attention: Some devices use a third-party file explorer/launcher app which may change the
below update process.
Each time a user opens their Android App it connects to the server and checks to see if there is
a newer version of the available. If there is, the user will be shown a popup dialogue asking
them to update the app, as pictured below:

1. Tap on “UPDATE NOW”
Note: This will open your default browser, to download the latest app file
