Insurance – Ensure customer is insured.
Vehicle Handbook – User Manual.
Life Shine/Gap Certificate – If required.
Re-Introduced to Business Manager
Control/Equipment – Customer is happy operating;
Instruments
Electronic functions
Telematics/Navigation
In-Car Entertainments
Fluid Levels, including AdBlue
Spare Wheel/Saver/Aerosol
Jacking points/Jack/ Wheel brace
Familiarisation Drive - Customer is driven off site and is happy they can drive the car
Aerial/ Key/Locking wheel nut/Alarm – If any of these are not present, please outline in ‘Outstanding Items’
Seat Adjustment/Memory Setting
Gear Selection/Tiptronic function/EGC
Fuel/Filler Cap operations
