Licensing
NEW ▪ Mendatory update to Schlumberger Licensing Tool 2017.1.
The Schlumberger Licensing Tool was updated to version 2017.1. This version is
compatible with older versions of Schlumberger software products and license files.
It enhances Windows 7/8/10 support. Installation of the licensing tool requires
Administrator rights.
▪ Starting 2017, Malcom is using SLBLS daemon for FlexNet licensing to match other
Schlumberger software choice. Previous SLBFD daemon is now out of date. No

update is needed, both daemons are included by Schlumberger Licensing Tool
2017.1.

Project explorer
▪ Fix a bug preventing user from renaming 2 signals in a row.
▪ Fixed crash when opening legacy project containing empty external user folder.
▪ Ensure project browser’s external image folder content is always up to date.

Identification & Indexation

NEW ▪ Display IQ / indexation saved name in ribbon.
▪ Remove “Close” button from save widget when user only wants to save.
▪ Enhance peak selection by unselecting previously selected peaks from other analyses.
▪ Fix IQ crash when loading external reference.
▪ Fix uncomplete deletion of compounds from IQ.
▪ Enhance display of IQ known peaks in report.

GeDI Library Explorer

NEW ▪ GeDI library search was enhanced to seek for items by name in all aliases

▪ Fix potential crash when editing GeDI ratio custom alias.

GeDI Graph Generator

NEW ▪ Add cancellable progress bar to follow graphs generation process.
NEW ▪ Add filter capability in workflow module.
▪ Remove “Arrow” shape, to avoid confusion with “Triangle” one.
▪ Fix 1st display of generated graph, to efficiently compute graph margins.
▪ When creating a GeDI graph, filter is reset after selecting an axis parameter.

GeDI Custom Import

NEW ▪ Allow user to drop CSV and XLS files.
NEW ▪ Allow user to search items from the GeDI database.
▪ Generate Sample ID line to match other GeDI import module results.
▪ Fix vertical header display at first display.
▪ Enhance detection of “Sample ID” column from user data by removing case

▪ Production Allocation module: #1055976, A crash can occur when executing the
module several times in a row.
▪ #919252, GeDI alias selector can be inconsistent between IQ and GeDI explorer.
▪ #1039744, In GeDI explorer, GeDI alias displayed shall change according to selected
alias in combobox.
▪ #985008 User is asked twice to save model when saving model for an IQ edited from
a report.
▪ #1043763 Python script execution can crash if a signal is being load and immediately
deleted from project.
