The selected employees are capable to do the job but they are given the training
because to do that job varies effectively and accurately it gives people awareness of
the rules and procedure to guiding their behavior. The personnel learn technical
knowledge and skilled particular job. Training in MILCENT is of one year. They
gave training subject life safety productivity at the central board for workers
education and ministry of labor government of India.
Once the person is selected as per needs the HR person gives training. Training is
been conducted through lecture, presentation, and demonstration.
Training programmed is develop for new employees initially the employees work as
helper under the guidance of the simultaneously they work intently on a machine.
DEVELOPMENT: Is long term education process utilization a system and organized
procedure which managerial personnel procedure get conceptual and theoretical
knowledge cn skills in operation but to philosophical and theoretical education
concept.

In MILCENT promotion is done on both bases that is on merit and seniority bases, they have
adopted merit cum seniority base. Generally, after every 7 years promotion is given to
graduate and diploma holders and who have passed I.T.I in higher level employees they
provided sometimes seniority as well as base.
TRANSFER: Transfer is just a movement of employees from one position to another it may
be the movement of employee's forms one job section shift plant or positioning to another. in
transfer his salary status and responsibility do not change for office the manual transfer is
there but for workers or labor transfer is depend upon in the unit.
Welfare Activities
Now almost 350 employees are working are Milcent appliance Pvt Ltd. Safety
measures are provided insurance scheme. If an accountant occurs then all facilities are
provided
