First and foremost, I want to thank to our one and only Allah SWT the almighty because I
know, without his blessings, it seems like impossible for us to finish this assignment. After a few
weeks given by our lecturer, Madam Robizah Binti Haji Sudin, we finally had managed to finish
up this final year project with great determination. We really hope that after all the time that we
had spent to search and discuss all the ideas as well as justifying theoretical clues to drive the
output will really worth our time and effort.
On the other hand, we would like to acknowledge with thanks to every individual who
had guided us in making this project. First thing first, we would like to say thank you our
dedicated Web Application Development lecturer, Madam Robizah Binti Haji Sudin. She had
guided us really well from the first day she taught our class till now. Plus, she also helped us a
lot in completing this assignment.
Not to forget to our fellow classmates who helped us and willingly to share ideas with us.
They also never stop giving us moral supports and advices when we were down and did not
have ideas on how to finish up this assignment. Last but not least, we would like to say thank
you to our beloved parents who never forgets to pray for us and always tried their best to have
their time to listens to our problem and they even gave us words that will always boost up our
spirit to finish up this assignment.
In a nutshell, after all the time and effort that we had sacrificed to do the best for this
project, we hope our project is complete and will be received. We had used our effort and
acknowledgement to search for all these information and ideas. Hoped our effort was worth it
and could beneficial others as well.

1.0 INTRODUCTION
The company was established in 2019. The company is a partnership company that
consist of 4 members each that have experienced in developing an application and the
main person behind this success is Mrs. Siti Nor Syamimi Binti Ahmad Zahari. The
company registered and runs its operation around March 2020. Basically, the company
is running an application system for business or any company that needs the
application. The company has expertise in all aspects in creating the application. We
have very good connectivity over the city and offer better services at a competent price.
Providing the quality of services is the main motto of our company and we have never
compromised the quality of our services. We are sending some catalog of our package
and design which may help you to choose and compare your usage and your budget
with our convenient price.
Next, we will point out some of the problem that we faced in our company. First,
too many customers at the same time. The experience of shopping in most shop is
not pleasant for the customers. Customers have to wait couple of minutes or worst
almost half an hour just to pay for their item. Second, no realizing efficiencies that
would result from better application of technology. Quite a lot of shops not
interested in upgrade their service. Fruit business is in a very competitive business and
one way to stand out from competitors is through improving the business where
business process automation can assist business improvement. Third, lack of full-
pledge software to track the transaction. This also include in regular update on
records, cash transaction, daily staffs report and customer feedback. In this existing
system, entering all the details are done manually, and for sure it is taking a lot of time
and also there are chances for mistakes.
In order to overcome the problems that our shop faced, based on the problem
statements that have been stated, our shop came up with an idea to create an online
application system for the shop named Summer Berries. This application sole purpose
is mainly to help the customer to make an order online within the process which the
customer can easily choose their preferable fruits and make an online payment.
Summer Berries’ application is convenience for both the customers and the shop
because the customer can have their own time to make their order without feeling

rushed. This application is also designed to manage the items in the application and
also help the customers to purchase them online without having to visit the shop
physically. The application will use the internet as the sole method for selling fruits to
the customers. Since we are in a pandemic, the system we made are suitable to
practice social distancing as the customers do not have to line up at the shop and deal
with a lot of formalities. They can just stay at home and buy any products from our shop
by only using our application.
In conclusion, our Summer Berries came up with an idea to create an online
application system that can be accessed by two types of users which is customer and
admin. For the customer, the system is allowed to make an online order and can
choose any available payment method for the payment while for the admin system, it
allowed the admin to update the products. On the other hand, the admin also can edit
the product’s information details and delete if the product is no longer available. By this
idea, it may help to prevent problems occur and ease the customer especially in making
the order without feeling the rush.
