    • Material will be received subject to veri ication of quality and quantity at our site. All rejection/defective /inferior quality items will be reduced from the
    bill.
    • Only items and quantities mentioned. On the purchase order will be accepted at site. The same will be in complete sets.
    • Bills to be submitted strictly within 7 days after material delivered at site along with GRN.
    • Strictly adher to delivery schedule mentioned on purchase order.
    • Please Mention PO No., GRN No. and Project name on delivery challan/bills strictly.
    • Delivery at site is accepted between 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on all working days.
    • Please send test certi icate attached to the challan. (if applicable)
    • In the event of seller, failing to deliver as and when speci ied, purchase reserves the right to cancel the order or any part thereof.
    • Vendor is requested to sign and return a copy of this acceptance thereof.
    • Only Tax Invoices are acceptable.

    1. PAYMENT TERMS: 100% Advance.
    2. UNLOADING: Vendor SCOPE.
    3. DELIVERY: In Consultation with Site Store In charge.
    4. ALL VEHICLES TO BE COVERED WITHOUT WHICH NO MATERIAL WOULD BE UNLOADED.
    5. EXCESS QUANTITY OF MATERIAL WILL NOT BE RECEIVED AT SITE.
    6. FREIGHT: INCLUSIVE.
    Note: The material should be delivered along with E-WAY BILL (Road Permit), If material supplied without E-WAY BILL
    then the liability of penalty will be in vendors scope only.

    COVID CLAUSES
    1. ONLY ONE DRIVER AND ONE HELPER ALLOWED IN VECHICLE
    2. TRUCK NEED TO BE SANITIZED AND ALL ACCOMPANYING PEOPLE SHOULD BE WEARING MASK.
    3. MANDATORY TEMPERATURE SCAN SHOULD BE DONE TWICE A DAY.
    4. ALL OTHER MANDATORY GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED AS PER MHA AND DM GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR
