Die cut
All-State Industries uses water jets or presses to cut your products to your
unique specifications. We cut all types of nonmetallic products, ranging
from gaskets to floor mats. Materials can be fabricated from .0031" thick
unreinforced rubber to rugged 1" thick belting. If your tolerances are
critical to the .001". We have the equipment and know-how to get your
job done right.

Molded
All-State supplies compression, injection and transfer molded parts
custom formulated to fit your needs. We will help you select the right
compound for optimal quality, product-life, service and value. Your
molded part can be solid rubber, rubber to metal, urethane, urethane
to metal or solid plastic. Shapes ranging from intricate seals to 12"
thick bearing pads are made to meet your design criteria and – if
needed – meet military or F.D.A. specifications.

Extruded
All-State has a wealth of knowledge and experience with extrusions.
These can be dual durometers or special colors. Some of the
compounds available are EPDM, neoprene, nitrile, SBR and silicone.

Value-added
All-State’s heat-cured and screen printed process
adds value with visibility. Customize your product
with: assembling, drilling, hole punching, machining,
packaging, riveting, sewing, slitting and stapling.
We also have adhesive back materials, such as, square-
top and gator-hyde to add superior slip resistance.
Pressure sensitive backing offers sure adhesion to fiberglass,
steel, wood and powder-coated materials.

Foam
All-State produces a wide range of foam for a variety of industries.
We can guide you to the proper material selection – whether
it’s polyurethane open-cell foam, cross-linked polyethylene or
rubber sponge – depending on your acoustical, thermal or sealing
requirements. We also provide a variety of surface coverings including
aluminized Mylar, urethane skin, PSA and perforated vinyl.
