That I, JOEL S. PENIDO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, a resident of Purok


Tagumpay, Brgy. Binuangan, Maco, Davao de Oro, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE
AND APPOINT DIONESIA J. DULAY Ph.D. FRiedR, CAROL RAMIREZ-BARETTE
Ph.D. DPA, MEI M. POTESTAS, OR DONA J. DULAY, all of legal age, and Filipino
Citizens, to be my true and lawful attorneys-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and
stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following
acts and things, namely:
1. To represent me in all acts necessary to process my school clearance and
acquire, claim, and receive my OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS,
DIPLOMA, Authenticated/ Certified true copies of Transcript of Records
and all other pertinent documents relevant to the Master’s Degree I
earned with PHILIPPINE CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY, Taft Avenue, Malate,
Manila;
2. To make payments, sign papers, execute any document, and other
writings of whatever nature necessary for the said undertaking;
3. And to generally do and perform all and every act which may be
requisite, necessary or proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to
be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
