Online Maditation App

 Mindfulness meditation has significant benefits for


health and well-being. A wealth of mindfulness
meditation apps have been developed in the last years.
I also try to make an app which will help people
during meditation . I make this app using the basic of
JavaScript and HTML ,where I put some music and
background videos in the app . People will listen some
natural sounds while meditate.
The primary objective of the project is to:-

 To increase concentration of people during meditation.


 To stay focused in meditation.
 To make people stressless and unlock the source of inspiration.
 People can meditate through our proposed system.
 User will listen meditation music through our
proposed system.
 This system is portable (easy to use).
TECHNICAL
 To run the software comparatively very less amount of hardware are
required such as a monitor, a CPU with minimal amount of RAM, web
browser, windows operating system.
BEHAVIORAL
 There is some audio and videos that start playing on users command.
After choosing the sunny or rainy weather and the audio and visuals
will start playing and people can meditate by listening it.
ECONOMICAL
 This project focuses on creating an application to meditate people so they
can live a happy and angerless life with the help of JavaScript.
Since it is a web-based project, no disk space is required to use
the application allowing it to be hosted and used remotely, which
helps in saving resources making it cost efficient. The program itself
is designed using easy to read and-write code allowing debugging,
expansion of the project easier, thereby saving time.
MOTIVATION BENIFITS
 Meditation can introduce  Experience refreshing
people to the part that’s been moments of calm,balance
missing.People can stay and peace any time we
positive and live a joyful life want through meditation.

physical health . It produces
a deep state of relaxation and
a calm mind,providing
mental benefits.
 It is easy to use, no
understanding is needed.
Whereby, anyone can use
this app and it brings a better
life for people.

application:

 Meditation is a significant practice that can provide
natural remedies to a variety of issues related to
human health as a cognitive strategy that helps in
recognition of feelings and thoughts as passive events
created in a human mind it cultivates consistent
present moment awareness that is not reactive,
allowing for a more powerful and useful utilisation of
brain activity.
