Quarter 1 – MODULE 1
1. What positive statement would you say to yourself to be reminded of your strengths
and values?
“Be strong, be fearless, be beautiful. And believe that anything is possible when you have the right
people there to support you.”
2. How will you deal with life obstacles or negative feelings?
By remembering that I am my only possession. Because life is nothing if not a struggle to overcome
adversity and grow as a person. Things that were once important fade away over time, and I find it
difficult to recall the faces of people I once admired. All that's left is me until I'm no longer alive.
Along the way, try to gather some useful experiences and pleasant memories. Trying to help someone
else, no matter how small the gesture may be, is always a good idea. Helping others provides me with
ease in my own way, and in ways I could never have imagined.
3. What would you do to empower yourself?
Practice self-confidence
Strive to make a good impression on others
Accept that I cannot change others
Seek to develop myself by seeking and growing from the feedback of others
Set goals and reflect on the experience in getting there.
4. What are your realizations as to your capability in handling and surviving the current health crisis right
now?
As a result of the pandemic, many of us have found ourselves changing our daily routines to take
safety precautions to protect ourselves, loved ones, and neighbors. In the midst of this global
pandemic, however, we are reflecting in real time on how systems undergo large-scale transformation,
how governments, corporations, schools, cities, and communities adapt and make major adjustments
to established working methods. What is happening on our planet right now has everyone both
surprised and terrified. This pandemic is extremely difficult to deal with; dealing with it is extremely
difficult for everyone, including myself. Nobody knows if we'll all make it through this struggle.
However, I always said to myself, "There is always a rainbow after the rain," implying that those
dreadful days will come to an end.
