Scenario
Honolulu Academy is recently started educational organization located in Kurunegala, SriLanka
Main Branch in Colombo. The academy has rented new building to accommodate educational
facility needs and introducing more demanding academy programs as their part of planned
expansion. They are introducing new courses specialization in multimedia technology. The
program which they are proposed to conduct; Diploma in graphics designing, Diploma in
Graphics Animation & Fashion Designing. As per recent expansion, IT requirement has
increased the Honolulu Academy setting up two new computer labs, Staff facility with
computers and servers.
Assume your self as an associate network administrator and you need design the network to meet
the following requirement;
2 computer labs, each lab will consist 20 PC’s
12 PC’s will be allocated to staff
Internet facility will be provided
Lab computer will obtain IP addresses from router DHCP server
Staff computers and Servers will be setup with static IP address
Server will be located in Colombo Branch, following servers are available
4 servers will be setup to provide the services;
o Email server
o Web Server
o DNS server
o File Server

in Packet Tracer Ver 6.2
a. Need to show your detailed network diagram clearly in packet tracer (include just
4 pc’s per lab, 6 pc’s for staff) , Fulfill the above scenario requirement

c. Configure servers Email and Web, all client must be able communicate with the
