INTERACTION TO PEOPLE

When speaking of communication, it is about the interaction of an individual


with each other. The best foundation for any business is a healthy communication,
because in business world a good communication can attract more potential
investors. In the workplace, effective communication is the key to establishing strong
relationships and getting important projects done. This is where you can develop the
potential skills because effective communication is not about yourself only it is how
you interact to the people in your surroundings. In this world you cannot get in the
top if you didn’t use the effectiveness of a good communication because a good
communication is the best foundation of any individual in success.

There are many ways in improving the communication skills of any individual.
The first thing to do is speak up, don’t be shy, be confident in yourself. But any
persons have their preferred communication style because people have differences
there are talkative, approachable, etc... This where you can see the tone of it, the
different tone can differentiate how the interaction with other people is being done.
The preparedness is always present because you can boost your confidents in any
situations if you are prepared. Avoid quick assumption because it will lessen your
confidence, don’t exceed your expectation to high. Feedback and compliments are
very important to a person because this is where they get their confidence in
continuing to improve more and be a better person.

People can’t ignore their communication skills because even you are just
listening it still a communication. And even you are using a non-verbal you still
interact or communication with the people by using a sign language, by pointing the
direction and by how you express your emotions. Emotional control can easily
specify or see to the person who you are interacting.

The power of a good communication in a business or in a company is very


important because it support the business to grow. Without effective communication,
employees don’t have clear understanding of what they stand for the company’s
priorities. With strong communication skills it will give a good impact in yourself and
the company. The great communication is the one who bring solutions, motivate, and
inspire other people. By improving communication skills it helps not only you but also
the people around you because the changes is not going to harm you, it is for you to
explore in improving yourself.
