Work I have always helped my father in his business activities since high school and during summer & Christmas vacations.
Experience Being a shareholder in the company has encouraged my interest in business and finance activities as well as facilitated as
a means to exercise and apply what I have learned in a real, dynamic environment. I have personal experience of being
part of a growing business and value the organisation and communication required for an organisation to conduct it's
activities efficiently. S.V.K enterprises is a holding company with investments in commercial properties and
retail/wholesale in fabrics and related goods through Winners Fabrics and Materials.
 Internal Auditing: reviewing and consolidating internal accounts. Handling accounts for retail/wholesale
company including sales, purchases and credit control and expense accounts as well as doing the company's
annual VAT returns.
 Management Accounting: Analysing sales and purchases and stock accounts along with credit and cash
constraints for opportunities/improvements and translating them into physical implementations into business
activities to improve liquidity in cash flow and end of term statements.
 S.V.K enterprise acquired Astral pty Ltd for it's assets which consisted of commercial properties in Gaborone's
Main Mall, I was involved in conducting due diligence for this acquisition and in planning for developments/ exit
strategy. A year later, the properties were sold to foreign investors which resulted in a profitable deal. I oversaw
the entire process from the financial planning and strategy to the organization of regulatory parties required to
facilitate and execute the deal both in the buying and selling of the company.
