ACTIVITY

The advantages when senior citizens learn how to use the

seniors’ health. Consuming diverse sources of information
with a solid track record for fact-checking their sources
and from various points of view is the best approach to
become media and information literate. Even so, it's
always a good idea to double-check the report's sources.
People are literate if they approach the source of
knowledge without any preexisting cognitive biases.
Learning is the goal of the media and information.

individuals to the below post. Is Bill a media and
information-literate individual? Does he apply critical
thinking skills?

-Media analysis, which is a crucial part of media and


information literacy, can develop critical thinking skills
by strengthening observation and interpretation. For
example, Bill just moves on when he saw something that
offends him because he has critical thinking and we can
say that he is indeed a media and information literate
individual. Remember that if you see something that
offends you, that doesn’t mean you should call it out all
the time.
