How to create or reset your foreverliving.com password?

This document contains instructions on how to:

1. Create your password if you are a Novus Customer with FOREVER and/or are using the FBO Login for the first time.
2. Reset your password if you have forgotten/lost your password (You will need to remember your security answer)

Before you proceed make sure your active email address is registered with FOREVER and ensure that you should have
access to it. If your email is not registered with FOREVER, you will need to fill up a Change of Status form (available at
www.foreverliving.com or at your local FOREVER counters) and have it sent to us from the same email as mentioned in
the form for activation of email in your FBOID.

Visit www.foreverliving.com in your browser and by default your location would be United States.
1) Select “ASIA” from the Location drop down list. Once you select “ASIA”, you will be prompted to select the country,
select “INDIA”. After selecting the location “INDIA”, the Indian page will open.
2) Click on the “Forever Business Owner Login” to go on the FBO Login Page.

3) After clicking on the “Forever Business Owner Login”, you will be prompted to enter your “Registered Email Address”
and “Password” to log in. You can create your password or in case you have forgotten your password, type your
“Registered Email Address” & click on the “(Create/Forgot your password?)” option mentioned below in the brackets.

4) Once you have clicked on the “(Create/Forgot your password?)” option, you will be re-directed to the below mentioned
page with the blank fields to be filled. Fill in below the mentioned fields (i.e. State, Country & Secret Answer) & click on
the “Reset Password” button. If you do not remember your Secret Question or Answer, click on the “Don’t Remember”
button. An email with a link will be sent to your registered email address.

5) Once you have clicked “Reset Password” button, you will receive an email on your email address which is registered with
your ID# from [email protected] with the link to create the password. You will then need to click on the link and
create the password.

6) Once you have click on this link you will be asked to change
your password to a new one. You also have the option of changing your Secret Question and Answer. If you do not
want to change the Secret Question, just type in your current Secret Answer and hit the ‘Save’ button.
Your password should contain Eight characters minimum,
At least one uppercase letter,
At least one lowercase letter,
At least one number,
At least One special character.

7) Once your password has been changed, you will see the below mentioned screen.

Keep your Account Safe & Secure

1. Make your password unique to your life and not something that is easily guessed by anyone other than you.
2. Use a long password made up of numbers, letters and symbols. Use both lowercase and capital letters.
3. Do not share your password with anyone.
4. Write down your password, secret question & answer and store it in a safe place away from your computer.
