Before we proceed to the preliminary activities may I just remind everyone to

Read- Opening
Research is an art of scientific investigation. It is regarded as a systematic effort to gain
new knowledge.
Every profession is characterized by an integral capacity in affirming the pursuit of
nation-building. If there’s one significant component in the process of nation-building
that demands profound emphasis, that is the sector of education. With the aim to
intensify growth and navigate infinite transformation in education through research, this
virtual LAC session constitutes various opportunities to further enhance our teaching
skills, to engage ourselves to research and to guarantee successful lesson delivery in
order to make quality education available and accessible for our students. This is the
2nd Virtual LAC session with the theme SUKIMAT: Exploring Possibilities in the
Educational Horizon Through Action Research
I am Ms. Christine Joy T. Arcangel, your facilitator saying good morning everyone.
To begin with, may we all show our love to our country by singing the Philippine
National Anthem, through an Audio Visual Presentation, afterwhich let us invoke the
presence of our Almighty Father through a prayer to be led by Mrs. Sheryle V. Hilario.
To gain insightful nuggets of wisdom, may we have Mrs. Maricel R. Viloria for the food
for Spirit and Mrs. Ma. Sylvia T. Arcellana for the food for the mind.
To set our momentum to acquire new ideas and to gain knowledge for this 2nd virtual
LAC session, may we have Mr. John Dee E. Manuel for the mind stimulating activity.
I believe we are all now set to learn new ideas and skills after the mind-setting activity
shared by sir John Dee.
Now, let us all lend our ears to our brilliant, dynamic and always on the go principal,
Mrs. Jenifer S. Corpuz, SP IV for the Principal’s time.

With respect to our profession, we are always bound to sustain efficient and competent
teaching strategies. One important attribute is to be flexible; this emancipates us to be
adaptable and be open to changes that will be beneficial leading to developments.
Let’s stay focus as we listen to our first speaker, who will deliver an in-depth
understanding about action research, through this, we will be able to learn notable
ideas and tips on how to craft action. A research enthusiast and epitome of excellence.
Without further ado, may we have our very own head teacher III, Mr. Rufelio M. Aguilar,
with his topic Fundamentals of Action Research.

of great help to all of us especially when we will be crafting our own action research.

always come up with a bright idea in terms of how to make educational work easier 

Learning is a continuous process that maintains our consciousness not only for
professional gains but also for individual growth. And to summarize today’s meaningful

And today, we are beyond thankful because we are filled with learning experiences that
surely boosted ideas about how we can enhance our teaching capabilities and
transform it into something that will be more impactful. Considering the tough global
situation we have, it is necessary to take note that the more we feel challenged, the
more it indicates that it’s high time for us to give focus to our professional progress.
This virtual-based In-Service Training has given us the opportunities to amplify our
