requirements for energy related products.

2017/1369/EU Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July


and amendments 2017 setting a framework for energy labeling and repealing Directive
2010/30/EUs.

812/2013 Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 812/2013 of 18


and amendments February 2013 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the
European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the energy
labeling of water heaters, hot water storage tanks and packages of
water heater and solar device.

814/2013 Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 814/2013 of 2 August


and amendments 2013 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European
Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements
for water heaters and hot water storage tanks.

This declaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. It
certifies compliances with the indicated Directives, but implies no warranty of properties.
The compliance with the above mentioned Directives and Regulations is given in Annex A,
which constitutes a part of this declaration.
